Insurers Administrative Corporation (IAC)

IAC is a Full-Service Third Party Administrator, Specialist in Marketing and Administering Health Benefit Plans. IAC's Group Health plans are designed fro Employer groups of 2-50, providing a large variety of plan options, enabling IAC to be able to satisfy almost any employer's need in providing health benefits to their employees.

IAC is now a fully-owned subsidiary of Independence Holding Company (IHC), a publicly traded company (NYSE: IHC) with over one billion dollars in assets.

Standard Security Life Insurance Company of New York (Standard Security), which has an "A" (Excellent) rating from A.M. Best Company has assumed the small group business administered by IAC. Standard Security is also a part of the Independence Holding Company Insurance Group.

Group Warehouse has been a General Agent for IAC since 1985, combining our efforts to provide quality products and service to the agent force. IAC distributes products ONLY through independent Agents and Genersl Agents, without the need to compete for sales by going direct to the market through the Internet or other means.

Total Plan Services (TPS)

Total Plan Services, Inc., was organized in 1983, and incorporated in March 1984, with their headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Several of the officers were the group division for Lone Star Life Insurance Company, when LSL exited the employer group market, the core corporate structure for TPSI was formed to bring over 75 years of combines insurance company experience to TPSI.

Corporate Benefit Services of America, INC. ( CBSA )

CBSA's primary goal is to provide a superior level of service to their clients. A published set of performance standards details target response times and completion schedules. Their 500 employees are dedicated to serving approximately 5,000 client groups covering more than 400,000 individuals.

CBSA is a full service Third Party Administrator (TPA) of employee benefit plans. In addition to custom designing self funded medical plans, CBSA offer a variety of fully insured products underwritten by reputable insurance carriers.

The actual sale to the client is accomplished ONLY through a nationwide network of independent insurance agents and brokers working through Regional Directors who provide them with product orientation, field sales assistance and computer-generated proposals. Group Warehouse has been a Regional Director for CBSA since 1985, and is currently the TOP producing Regional Director in the country. Our staff is well trained and knowledgeable in the underwriting practices, benefits and explanations of CBSA products.
